Role Description
The Senior Design Architect will play a pivotal role in overseeing architectural designs, managing design processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure projects align with company standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include producing and reviewing construction drawings, leading architectural design efforts, and coordinating with project teams to achieve efficient implementation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in architectural design
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar)
Good understanding of architectural details and construction methods
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Job Responsibilities
Develop architectural design concepts from initial idea to final output
Prepare detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details
Produce 3D models and visual presentations
Coordinate with technical office, engineering teams, and consultants
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, codes, and standards
Support design development through all project phases
