Senior (Design) Architect - Dubai
We are currently looking for a Senior Architect with 8+ years of experience and strong team leadership skills to join our team in Dubai.

As an international architectural firm, UNStudio is active in the broadest fields of architecture. Our project portfolio covers every aspect of architecture, ranging from small- to large-scale projects, research and theory. We are currently looking for a Senior Architect to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have effective management and team leadership skills, strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality, and experience managing all stages of a project, from concept through to construction.
The Position:
You will be focusing on various aspects of architectural design, ranging from research and theory, to a spectrum of programmatic scales and typologies (See our Projects page ). This position will require you to continue growing your current responsibly level while helping train and mentor junior staff. Becoming a self-guided professional that never stops learning and continues teaching others is key for the culture of the office.
The Requirements:
Master s degree or equivalent in Architecture
Wide experience as an Architect or Project Coordinator within a dynamic, international environment
8+ years of experience
Familiar with all phases of design with a focus on concept and schematic design (design development, construction documentation and construction a big plus)
Knowledge of large scale complex (mixed use) consultant coordination
Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing)
Outstanding knowledge of 3D Modelling in Rhinoceros, Enscape. Grasshopper is a plus
Outstanding knowledge of 2D and 3D Modelling in Revit is a plus
Experience with Rhino BIM workflow is a very big plus
Highly motivated, self-guiding
Willing to contribute to our collective knowledge culture
Willing and available for international travel
Direct availability a big plus
