Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and verify formwork design shop drawings, material take-offs, and design calculations prepared by the in-house design team and external design consultants.
- Supervise the preparation and production of drawings, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with the project schedule.
- Study tender documents and projects to prepare and submit technical proposals.
- Evaluate and compare quotations from different suppliers to achieve the most competitive and optimal bids.
- Prepare material depreciation sheets for projects.
- Develop and prepare formwork cycle plans for efficient material utilization.
- Ensure that all required safety elements are incorporated, detailed, and compliant within the formwork shop drawings, in line with project specifications and design standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 58 years of experience in formwork and scaffolding design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and SAP2000.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, structural analysis, and HSE requirements.
