Job Description
The role is responsible for managing and overseeing infrastructure design activities for land development projects, including but not limited to:
- Water supply networks
- Sewage and stormwater drainage networks
- Main and secondary irrigation networks
- Subsurface drainage networks
- BIM applications for infrastructure projects (wet and dry utilities)
- Sewage treatment plants
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of postgraduate experience in infrastructure works.
- Proven experience in design management within real estate or developer companies in Egypt.
- Strong knowledge of major international and Egyptian codes, standards, and regulations related to infrastructure works.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and design disciplines effectively.
