The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You'll be responsible for:
You'll need to have:
15+ years experience in landscape, architecture, and multi-sector delivery.
Regional experience delivering large scale projects and programmes.
Strong expertise in design management, risk mitigation, and prefabrication strategies.
Proven competence in building safety, statutory compliance, and industry standards.
Degree-qualified with professional body membership and commitment to continual learning.
