Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead high impact brand and marketing design across global product campaigns. This role is responsible for creating compelling visual narratives, driving creative excellence, and delivering scalable design solutions that strengthen Bybit's brand presence across markets. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail oriented, fast moving, and confident working across high volume campaign environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of brand and marketing campaigns for global products across multiple platforms and touchpoints
  • Translate briefs into strong, on brand visual concepts that support engagement, conversion, and overall brand impact
  • Own end to end delivery of campaign assets from concept to final execution across different markets and formats
  • Develop storyboards and visual narratives for campaign, motion, and content related projects
  • Produce high quality creative work at volume while maintaining consistency, speed, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, regional, and cross functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and high creative standards across all outputs
  • Use Figma and other core design tools to build scalable design systems, campaign assets, and efficient workflows
  • Explore, adopt, and master AI powered creative platforms and workflows to improve ideation, production speed, and output quality
  • Contribute as a strong team player in a fast paced, collaborative, and high performance environment

Requirements

  • Strong experience in brand, marketing, and campaign design, supported by a portfolio of high quality executed work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a range of AI powered creative and generative platforms
  • Strong conceptual thinking with proven ability in storytelling, visual communication, and creative problem solving
  • Experience working across global markets with localisation and adaptation across regions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high volume work without compromising quality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or fast paced tech environments is a plus
