Senior Designer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, United Arab Emirates- based Senior Designer to support our global corporate communications teams across UAE, ANZ, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, andSingapore.

This role is ideal for a designer who is a creative storyteller, brimming with ideas and the capability to turn those ideas into inspiring visuals. The successful candidate will also be highly comfortable working in structured, content-heavy environments and brings rigour, judgement and consistency to everything they produce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of white papers, research reports, social media assets, and video editing
• Create compelling graphic designs for print, digital, and other media
• Work with the Creative Director and Digital team to develop creative campaign and design concepts that deliver on brand guidelines and client aspiration
• Assist client and new business projects by creating visually appealing, high-quality content with Adobe Creative Suite under the design team's guidance
• Support the Account and internal Marketing teams with graphic design needs
• Adapt design assets to fit the formats and dimensions of various platform placements
• Identify, recommend and implement new techniques and technologies in line with industry design trends to enhance the quality of our work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Arts, Design or related field
• 5-7 years of practical graphic design experience, with agency background preferred
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, and visual layout
• Effective in communicating design decisions to colleagues and clients
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong attention to detail
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks
• Organized, team-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date with the latest advancements in the design industry
