What We're Looking For

• 7–10 years of ServiceNow experience with strong focus on ITSM / ITOM.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services.
• ServiceNow certifications:

Certified Administrator

Certified Application Developer

Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM / ITOM

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

• AngularJS or other scripting languages.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure Web Services, and integrations.
