Job Description

  • Support in preparing technical feasibility studies and site assessments for new land acquisitions or project phases.
  • Perform detailed GFA (Gross Floor Area) and efficiency ratio analysis to maximize the sellable area of development.
  • Manage external consultants during the concept and schematic design stages to ensure alignment with the Project Brief.
  • Assist in the coordination of consultants and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Contribute to cost estimation, budgeting, and resource planning for development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Stay updated on latest construction technologies, development trends, and best practices.
  • Oversee the regulatory approval lifecycle, leading the preparation and submission of technical files for building permits and licenses.
  • Conduct Design-to-Cost reviews to ensure all technical plans and specifications align with the approved project budget.
  • Review and validate marketing materials, brochures, and sales layouts to ensure technical accuracy and buildability.
  • Act as the technical liaison between the Development department and the Construction/Project Management teams during site handover.
  • Maintain the technical files for the project, ensuring all permits, approved drawings, and certificates are archived.
