We are inviting a Senior DevOps (Azure) Engineer to join a groundbreaking AI Healthcare project in the UAE. This is a long-term initiative with a UAE governmental organization, focused on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into a next-generation medical platform.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the office at least three times per week.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced with Azure Cloud services, including resource provisioning, networking, and security
- Skilled in Azure Databricks administration (clusters, scaling, job scheduling, monitoring)
- Strong in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), managing changes via code and infrastructure versioning
- Proficient with Git and implementing CI/CD pipelines for data workloads/infrastructure
- Familiar with Spark internals (compute, resource allocation, partitioning, memory optimization)
- Knowledgeable in cloud cost management (spot/preemptible VMs, auto-scaling, rightsizing)
- Strong in scripting/automation (Python / PowerShell / Bash)
- Experienced working with data engineering/analytics teams, understanding pipeline flows, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Communicative in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
- (Nice to have) Databricks or Azure certifications
