The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, provision and manage scalable infrastructure, applications and automation capabilities across a range of projects and platforms. The role works closely with engineering, security and operations teams to enable safe and efficient application delivery while improving system reliability, performance and operational maturity.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to strategic initiatives, technical planning, architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.
• Partner with software and platform engineering teams to design technology stacks and enable secure, efficient application deployment.
• Design and manage scalable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible or equivalent technologies.
• Build and maintain reliable end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using GitLab CI/CD or comparable platforms.
• Evaluate delivery processes, service maturity and performance indicators, identifying gaps and implementing actionable improvements.
• Work with Security teams to strengthen infrastructure and application protection against cybersecurity threats.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with process and operations teams to standardize working practices and improve cross-team delivery efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a related technology field.
• At least five years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience within Linux-based environments.
• Strong cloud experience across Azure and AWS; professional-level certifications are highly desirable.
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Ansible or comparable tools.
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices.
• Advanced programming and scripting skills using Python, Go and/or Bash.
• Advanced experience with container technologies and Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern monitoring and logging tools such as Loki, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, networking protocols, databases, high availability, performance tuning, messaging platforms and caching systems.
• Effective communication, adaptability and an Agile mindset, with experience leading initiatives and mentoring engineers.
