Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Azure expertise to help us automate, scale, and secure our cloud infrastructure.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud-native solutions. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to automate workflows, optimize cloud resources, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Cloud Management:

• Deploy, manage, and monitor Azure services (VMs, AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, etc.).
• Implement Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD (YAML/Classic).
• Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for observability.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
• Develop IaC using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Automate provisioning/deprovisioning of cloud resources.

CI/CD & Automation:

• Build and maintain GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Integrate tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Chef for configuration management.
• Security & Compliance:
• Implement Azure Policy, RBAC, and Key Vault for security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO27001, or other standards.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
• Manage Docker containers and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
• Optimize scalability and performance of microservices.
• Collaboration & Troubleshooting:
• Work with developers to resolve environment-specific issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for production incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security).
• Strong scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform/ARM/Bicep.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

Good-to-Have:

• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305).
• Experience with serverless architectures (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
