Job Summary
The Senior Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, leading digital strategy execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all digital channels. The role acts as the main liaison between clients and internal operations manager while driving performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead key client accounts
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal operations manager (media, content, design, media buying, Media Production & web development )
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Proven experience managing multiple clients
- Agency experience is a must
