We are revolutionizing our Client Success department. This isn't a check-the-box support role—it's a high-impact Sales and Relationship Management position designed for closers who understand the DNA of a small business.

We are looking for Tier-Level Senior Agents to manage our highest-value accounts. Your mission Look beyond the dashboard, understand the client's business model, and strategically prescribe digital marketing solutions that drive revenue.

The Role: Consultative Sales & Strategy

You will manage a portfolio of high-ticket SMB clients specifically in the Construction, Contracting, and Home Services sectors. We need Plug-and-Play professionals who can pick up the phone, speak the language of a general contractor, and turn a service inquiry into a revenue-generating upsell.

What You Will Do

  • Manage High-Value Portfolios: Act as the dedicated strategist for Tier 3 clients (spending $1,000+/month).
  • Consultative Upselling: This is a sales-heavy role. You will analyze performance data to pitch and close additional marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, and Social) that align with the client's growth goals.
  • Advanced Business Discovery: Move past surface-level metrics. You need to talk to a concrete contractor about their bid volume and margins, not just their click-through rate.
  • Retention through ROI: Proactively demonstrate ROI to prevent churn. You'll be responsible for re-selling the value of our services every month.
  • Sales Operations: Maintain meticulous records in Bitrix24 and utilize our internal dialer (Vici) to maximize your daily outreach and conversion rates.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Closer: You have a background in Sales or BizDev. You know how to ask the second-level questions that uncover pain points and lead to a signed contract.
  • Industry Fluent: You have experience selling to the Home Services or Construction industries. You are comfortable, confident, and persuasive when speaking with blue-collar business owners.
  • Marketing Savvy: You understand the mechanics of Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads well enough to explain the financial benefit of these tools to a layman.
  • Articulate & Persuasive: Your English (verbal and written) is native or bilingual. You build rapport instantly and can navigate tough gatekeeper or skeptical owner conversations with ease.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Account Management.
  • Economic Literacy: Strong understanding of SMB economics—specifically lead costs, conversion rates, and profit margins.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRMs (Bitrix24, Salesforce) and high-volume dialer systems.
  • Location: Based in the US or Nearshore (LATAM). Must have a professional, quiet home office and high-speed internet.
