Job Overview:
The primary purpose of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive at AGMC BMW is to develop, coordinate, and execute marketing and communication strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of marketing initiatives aligned with the company's objectives, ultimately contributing to achieving budgeted revenue, profitability, and business expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling all marketing related daily correspondence handed out by the Marketing Manager.
- Own digital marketing performance across paid media, CRM, website and social platforms.
- Manage media agencies for paid digital, SEO/SEM and performance reporting.
- Lead PR coordination: press releases, media outreach, influencer collaborations, crisis communications support.
- Oversee brand reputation across digital platforms, review sites and social channels.
- Drive data-led marketing decisions using GA4, CRM dashboards and campaign attribution.
- Preparing & maintaining monthly Actual Marketing Reports & Costing Reports for Marketing Activities.
- Ensuring that all Marketing Activities follow the correct Quality Management Assurance (QMA) and Retail standards, processes & checklist.
- Being a participating member of the QMA team at AGMC.
- Liaising with the ad agency for the production of all artwork / printing related to various adverts, signage, office stationery, etc.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the AGMC BMW brand, products, and services.
- Coordinate marketing activities across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities to drive sales and customer engagement. Direct mailers to all customers.
- PULSE quarterly magazine to all BMW customers.
- Monthly magazines for all BMW, BMW I, MINI, Motorcycles & BPS customers.
- Organizing all internal staff events.
- Conducting activities for AGMC Sports Club.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager in handling all events, campaigns, sponsorships & exhibitions.
- Maintaining the Marketing store & the Marketing Filing System.
- Making follow-ups for all related CRM activities.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement in efficiency, quality and adherence to the Quality Management System and Retail Standards.
- Comply with the administrative requirement of the company's policies procedures.
- Comply Trends to focus on P.O.S and showroom communication.
- Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
