Job Description

Al Masaood Automobiles is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the full digital strategy across our multibrand portfolio Nissan, INFINITI, Renault, Auto Central, and Auto Leasing.

This is a highimpact, commercially critical role managing a large digital budget, driving measurable business outcomes, and championing digital transformation across the organization.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing and owns digital marketing performance endtoend: strategy, budgeting, media, social, analytics, content, AI, and optimization.

Role Purpose

To lead and execute the digital marketing strategy across all Al Masaood Automobiles brands, ensuring every digital investment delivers measurable ROI. The role manages all paid media, social platforms, CRM/precision marketing, content production, and data analytics while driving innovation through AI, automation, and digital diversification.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Budgeting & Planning

  • Lead the annual digital marketing strategy covering paid media, social, CRM, and content for all brands.
  • Own and optimize a multibrand digital budget (20M+ AED) to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Track performance vs spend at channel and campaign level; ensure strategic agility.
  • Align with OEM partners on media guidelines, co-funding, and joint digital campaigns.

2. Digital Performance & Optimization

  • Manage digital media and social agencies to deliver performancedriven campaigns.
  • Define and monitor KPIs (CPL, CPS, CTR, CVR, ROI) across all channels.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and recommend optimizations or budget reallocation.
  • Partner with data analytics to ensure accurate dashboards via CRM/CDXP, QlikSense, etc.

3. Precision Marketing & Data Integration

  • Implement precision marketing using firstparty data, segmentation, and behavioral targeting.
  • Connect data across the full funnel (campaign lead sale) to improve attribution and ROI visibility.
  • Use insights to guide future spending, channel choices, and messaging strategies.

4. Innovation, AI & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead adoption of AI-driven tools for automation, creative optimization, and reporting.
  • Identify new platforms, digital tools, and technologies to expand reach and efficiency.
  • Pilot digital innovation projects across creative, media, and analytics workflows.
  • Benchmark digital standards against OEMs and global best practices.

5. SelfManagement & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Set and deliver annual performance, efficiency, and ROI targets.
  • Ensure financial discipline and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and IT teams to drive integrated results.
  • Maintain a growth mindset and continuously upskill in digital, martech, and AI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or Data Analytics (Master's is a plus).
  • 1014 years of digital marketing experience, with 35 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing large budgets and multi-brand ecosystems.
  • Preferably from automotive, retail, or performance-driven industries.

Skills & Competencies

  • End-to-end digital strategy ownership (planning execution reporting).
  • Strong budget management and ROI optimization capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of performance frameworks, attribution, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience working with principal/OEM digital teams.
  • Proven leadership in AI-driven marketing, automation, and martech adoption.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

  • Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
  • CRM/CDXP systems & lead management
  • QlikSense or equivalent dashboards
  • AI marketing tools (Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
