Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the financial services sector to lead the digital growth strategy for CreditMitra across our Lending, Insurance, and Mutual Fund verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-led digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Lending, Insurance, and Mutual Fund products.
• Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
• Lead SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, affiliate channels, and social media strategy to build brand visibility and lead generation.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition (CAC) and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage external agencies and marketing partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
• Stay updated with fintech marketing trends, regulatory norms, and competitive landscape in financial services.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in financial services (NBFC, banks, insurance, mutual funds, fintech).
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and growth in BFSI.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, performance metrics, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver results under tight timelines.
