Senior Digital Marketing & Media Buying Strategist

Role Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing & Media Buying Strategist will lead QETC's full marketing functiononline, social, digital, and event marketing. This role includes designing the overall marketing strategy, managing campaigns, overseeing media buying across all platforms, and supervising the content/posting specialist.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and lead QETC's annual marketing strategy.

Create student-focused funnels for events, digital lead generation, and overall recruitment.

Set KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure structured reporting.

2. Media Buying & Ads Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, VK, YouTube, and email marketing tools.

Ensure strong ROI and low costperlead across all campaigns.

3. Content Direction & Creative Leadership

Define content direction, themes, and messaging for QETC's brand.

Supervise the content/posting specialist responsible for daily posting, scheduling, and page management.

Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms.

4. Offline + Online Campaign Integration

Lead marketing deliverables for events, webinars, and recruitment activities.

Build funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and retargeting sequences.

5. Data, Analytics & Reporting

Monitor performance using analytics dashboards and tracking tools.

Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

35 years experience in digital marketing, media buying, and multichannel advertising.

Strong track record managing Meta + Google campaigns.

Experience in education or servicebased industries is an advantage.

Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of student recruitment trends is a plus.

Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.

Creative thinking with strong storytelling ability.
