Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Operational & Functional Excellence

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with the organization's marketing objectives and campaign calendar.
  • Build and maintain monthly social media plans and content calendars across all digital platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and industry best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities while ensuring consistency of brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing assets.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and optimize resource utilization to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Support the implementation of digital initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.

People & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Experience, and Design teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and digital vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Share digital marketing best practices and provide guidance to junior team members when required.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Customer, Patient & Stakeholder Focus

  • Develop digital campaigns that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Understand target audience behaviors, preferences, and customer journeys to deliver relevant and engaging content.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to customer interactions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer insights, digital behavior, and campaign performance to improve communication effectiveness.

Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with organizational branding guidelines, digital marketing policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Adhere to data privacy, copyright, advertising, and social media platform policies in all digital communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze advertising performance and implement optimization actions to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree at any discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience Digital Marketing, social media Marketing, at least 2 years at senior level.
