The Role: We are looking for a data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to professionalize our marketing operations. You will move us beyond simple advertising to a strategic, results-oriented marketing approach. You will be responsible for analyzing our current performance, optimizing our ad spend, improving lead quality for our sales team, and building a strong digital brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase enrollment of students in Western markets (North America & Europe).
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads) with a strict focus on ROI and ROAS. Move beyond boosting posts to sophisticated funnel strategies.
Data & Analytics: Establish clear KPIs. Track and report on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and Lifetime Value (LTV). Translate data into actionable insights to stop revenue decline and ensure stability.
Lead Quality Optimization: Work closely with the Sales team to analyze lead quality and adjust targeting to ensure we attract serious, high-intent students/parents.
Budget Management:
Efficiently allocate marketing budgets to maximize impact and reduce waste.
Market Research: Analyze the competitive landscape in the online Islamic education sector to identify our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Certification: Must hold an ITI Diploma in Digital Marketing (Information Technology Institute).
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Specific experience in the Education/EdTech or Online Course industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in targeting international markets (specifically US, UK, Canada).
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager (Meta) is essential.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with CRM integration and lead flow management.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset (you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses).
Excellent understanding of Islamic values and the specific needs of Muslim families in the West.
Ability to work from our HQ in Badr City.
