We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, technical integrations, and marketing technologies. They will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive business growth. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, self-learning abilities, and experience with multiple marketing dashboards and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across various digital channels.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and KPIs using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics, providing insights to inform digital strategy.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:
