Role Overview:
The SeniorDigital Strategy Consultant will be a key architect and driver of our digital transformation, responsible for shaping, executing, and optimizing the Group's digital strategy. This role bridges executive vision and operational delivery, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives, deliver measurable value, and support our competitiveness and innovation agenda. The SeniorDigital Strategy Consultant will work closely with executive leadership, program managers, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful execution and value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize digital strategy and transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and sustainability goals.
- Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and internal capabilities to inform strategic direction and investment decisions.
- Lead the design and implementation of digital programs, integrating cross-functional portfolios.
- Advise and influence executive stakeholders, presenting business cases, risk assessments, and value realization plans.
- Institutionalize best practices in strategy execution, including OKR management, benefits tracking, and lean portfolio management.
- Oversee performance measurement, executive reporting, and continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, advanced analytics, IoT) and lead related proof-of-concepts.
- Define target operating models, digital capabilities, and required organizational changes to enable execution.
- Mentor and guide teams in digital strategy, value management, and program delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or program management within large organizations.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, business case development, and executive communication skills.
- Expertise in digital governance, OKRs, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and enterprise-level technology landscapes.
- Experience in energy/oil & gas or asset-intensive industries is preferred (optional).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF) are an advantage.
