Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, based in Dubai. The role involves leading end-to-end digital transformation engagements from strategy and business case development to operating model re-design, program governance, and execution at scale. Responsibilities include conducting digital maturity assessments, designing transformation roadmaps, establishing governance structures, and managing multi-workstream programs. The ideal candidate will help organizations transform their operations, processes, and capabilities for the digital economy. Occasional remote work will be supported.

Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation strategy and execution engagements for government and enterprise clients

Conduct digital maturity assessments and identify transformation opportunities across operations, customer experience, and business models

Design target operating models, process re-engineering blueprints, and organizational change plans

Establish program governance frameworks: milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and reporting

Manage multi-workstream transformation programs with cross-functional teams

Advise on technology enablers: cloud, automation, AI, data, and digital platforms

Develop business cases, ROI models, and executive steering committee presentations

Lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities

Qualifications

Strong strategic and operational thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable execution plans

Extensive experience in management consulting or program management with large-scale transformation programs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level and board-level audiences

Proficiency in business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis

Deep understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and organizational change management

Knowledge of agile, lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

Experience working within the GCC region is an advantage

Essential Requirements

Minimum 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or program management

Proven delivery of large-scale transformation programs for government or enterprise clients

Strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and organizational change

Experience establishing and running PMO / program governance structures

Knowledge of agile, lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies

GCC government or enterprise experience is strongly preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS

Engagement:: Contract / project-based (typically 36 months per engagement)

Compensation:: Competitive day rate commensurate with experience

Location:: UAE-based is a MUST; remote with on-site as required

Travel: Availability to travel within GCC as required (all expenses are paid by the company)
