Role Description The Senior Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across key functions. This role involves setting long-term goals, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities, and ensuring that projects and programs deliver measurable impact. The Senior Director will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, lead critical decision-making processes, and provide guidance on budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing progress reports, mentoring managers, identifying operational risks and opportunities, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role also includes establishing best practices, refining processes, and supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or director-level roles, with responsibility for strategy, planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong skills in organizational management, including goal setting, performance oversight, and resource prioritization.
Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven track record of leading remote or distributed teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining alignment in a virtual environment.
High level of analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
Comfort with ambiguity and change, with the ability to design and refine processes that support scalable, sustainable operations.
Relevant education such as a bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
