Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of NXN's high-value logistics projects, including dark store initiatives, from inception to go-live by developing tailored logistics and fulfilment solutions in collaboration with operations, digitization, solution engineering and pre-sales teams; thereby enhancing competitiveness and driving new revenue streams in line with NXN's long-term business objectives.
Strategy, policies and procedures
- Lead the logistics product strategy (offline and eCommerce) in alignment with the organization's overall logistics and fulfilment vision.
- Provide strategic input to the Head of Logistics & Fulfilment Services on market trends, competitive positioning and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to support business solutions, enhance operational efficiency, scalability and competitive edge.
- Lead initiatives in digital transformation, process optimization and logistics innovation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics for the team.
- Deal with sensitive and confidential information related to work with discretion to protect the interests of the company.
Product development and Innovation
- Plan, control and lead the design, development and scaling of innovative logistics solutions, including warehousing, last-mile delivery, dark stores, returns management and omnichannel fulfilment by collaborating with Head of the Unit.
- Serve as the primary owner of new logistics products within NXN, overseeing planning, execution and delivery in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify cross-departmental business challenges and opportunities, proposing solutions that align with business priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
- Evaluate feasibility of dark store setup, technology adoption and cost-benefit analysis.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to capture requirements, align stakeholders and validate solution designs.
- Integrate digital technologies (automation, AI, data analytics)to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and create customer-centric solutions.
- Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery and continuity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and champion the adoption of automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
Project Management
- Develop detailed project plan with timelines, milestones and responsibilities.
- Ensure seamless delivery of offline and eCommerce solutions that meet SLA, cost and scalability targets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Identify systemic challenges, risks and gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure product continuity and customer satisfaction.
Performance monitoring
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all logistics products to drive performance, quality and ROI.
- Monitor product/project performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement through data insights and feedback loops.
- Provide executive leadership with ROI reports and strategic impact assessments.
- Conduct post-implementation review with all stakeholders.
Budgetary Control
- Develop and oversee budgets for logistics product initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the viability of new solutions and ensure positive ROI.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management
- Provide strategic guidance to internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives.
- Partner with the 7X Strategy team to evaluate the financial viability and strategic objectives of new projects.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry leaders to expand service offerings and competitive advantage.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor and develop product managers and project teams across offline and eCommerce solutions.
- Review the manning and training requirements of the team and communicate those requirements to the Management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the product management team.
Reports
- Provide timely and accurate reports related to project progress, risks, bottlenecks, performance and strategic insights to leadership.
Other Tasks

Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering, industrial, Electrical or Computer science.
- PMP, Six -Sigma or any relevant certifications related to logistics and project management in the region required.
Experience:
- 710 years of experience in Third-party logistics, digitization or consultancy with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering high-value innovative projects and managing complex projects in the technology, logistics sectors.
