- Responsible for managing a team of Relationship managers in addition to holding personal production goals and achievement of personal and team's sales and revenue goals and KPIs.
- To provide his portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and bank and retain their loyalty and respect.
- The job holder is required to enhance Private Banking sales / revenues and promote the cross selling of bank products to all existing & NTB clients.
- Thorough knowledge of Wealth management investment & lending products (incl Lombard) and solutions.
- Job Holder must be able to source new business of Super HNW individuals through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
- As a Senior Relationship Manager/Head, he/she must ensure that clients are aware of all financial service offered by the banks many departments, TCM, Trade Finance, Mortgage, Corporate Finance etc.
- Own and drive key growth initiatives for the overall Unit as designated from time to time
- Deliver Personal Revenue, AUM & NTB targets for the year and deliver the team's financial targets & KPIs.
- Drive Balanced Scorecard for the team and self in line with Business Goals and priorities for the year
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of wealth management products and services and Investment sales processes and risk management & use the same to train and develop his/her team.
- Certified as per the SCA guidelines for mandatory sales, risk and regulations certifications.
- Optimize the potential value of the client base through the delivery of Private Banking products and services and actively identify new customers.
- Ability to communicate with HNW clients to structure advise based on client needs
- Ability to recognize opportunities to partner with other bank professionals to service client needs and maximize bank revenues
- Maximizing profitability from the Private Banking base whilst countering competition from other providers offering alternative investment/WM opportunities.
- Safeguard the bank from potential loss / AML fraud/ and ensure ethical behavior
- Safeguard banks reputation by ensuring ethical professional behavior at all times before/during/after sales.
- Enhance market profile and awareness. Achieve revenue goals, sales & portfolio growth targets across a range of products & services (Investments, Term Deposits, CASA balances, TCM, FX trading, share financing, etc.)
- Acquire new to bank HNW clients
- Maintain a superior customer service experience for clients including pre-empting issues & proactive servicing. Maintain high NPS for the unit.
- Ensure proper supervision of team performance, and timely performance review with each team member in line with PIP guidelines
- Collaborate with various divisions of the Bank to offer one stop solution to the clients and promote culture of cross department referrals
- Take additional responsibilities of driving 2-3 projects during the year for the Business for benefit of the Segment
Minimize customer attrition & Maintain pro-active client contact.

- At least, 10 years experience of similar job with Mashreq or another bank/financial services in UAE
- Certified by the SCA for selling investment products.
