Senior Director Rail Infrastructure Delivery

Menasa & Partners is undertaking an executive search for a senior construction professional to join a major rail infrastructure programme in the Middle East.

We are looking to speak with experienced individuals who have a strong track record in the construction and delivery of major rail, metro or railway infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading complex construction programmes incorporating major civil works, structures, track and associated rail infrastructure, with responsibility for multiple contractors, work packages and construction interfaces.

Candidates should demonstrate strong experience across construction planning and delivery, programme and contractor management, site operations, safety and quality, stakeholder management and the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

Applicants should have:

• 20+ years experience in major infrastructure construction

• Significant experience delivering major rail or metro projects

• Senior construction leadership experience on large, complex programmes

• Strong civil infrastructure and structures experience

• Experience managing multiple construction packages and contractors

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related discipline

• Middle East experience would be highly advantageous
