About the roles:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Construction Supervision teams across major infrastructure and utilities projects in Saudi Arabia. These site-based roles will support the delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and timely execution in line with international standards and client expectations.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams leveraging digital tools, AI-enabled reporting, and smart project controls to enhance efficiency and decision-making across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance
• Coordinate document flow between contractor, consultant, and client teams
• Implement digital document control processes and support AI-enabled tracking/reporting
• Prepare reports, logs, and audits for project management and stakeholders
• Maintain logs, registers, and audit compliance

Education & Qualification Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 8-12+ years document control experience (construction/consultancy)
• Proficiency in Aconex/EDMS/BIM platforms
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
