The Senior Draftsperson will be responsible for producing high-quality detailed drawings and coordinated layouts for Danube Properties projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in architectural and interior drawings, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise construction-ready documentation. The candidate must ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards while collaborating closely with the Interior Design, Architectural, and Projects teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and comprehensive layout plans.
- Develop precise sections, elevations, details, and coordination drawings based on design intent.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and technical compliance.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution on-site.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, and documentation control.
- Support design teams by providing technical input and improvements where required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Draftsperson in real estate, interior design, or construction.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of materials, joinery, and layouts.
- Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining high accuracy.
