We are looking for a Draftsman / Senior Draftsman with solid experience in Dubai authority submissions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills and a good understanding of local regulations and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and/or civil drawings in line with project requirements.
• Modify and revise drawings based on comments from Dubai authorities and consultants.
• Manage authority submissions and resubmissions until final approvals are obtained.
• Ensure all drawings comply with the Dubai Building Code and relevant local regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, CAD, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience handling Dubai authority submissions.
• Strong ability to prepare, modify, and resubmit drawings in response to authority comments.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai Building Code and local authority regulations (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet submission deadlines.
