We are seeking an experienced Senior Dry Bulk Shipbroker to join our Dubai-based team. The role is suited for a commercially strong broker with an established client base, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to close fixtures across dry bulk segments.

This position is ideal for a professional who combines traditional broking skills with modern analytical thinking, structured reporting, and disciplined CRM usage.

• Negotiate and conclude dry bulk fixtures (spot, COA, period) across relevant vessel sizes
• Maintain and further develop an established portfolio of charterers, shippers, and owners
• Originate new business and expand market coverage
• Provide market intelligence, freight ideas, and strategic input
• Prepare and deliver regular activity, market, and performance reports
• Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM and internal systems
• Work closely with operations, commercial management, and management team
• Represent the company professionally in the market and at industry events

• Minimum 57 years experience in dry bulk shipbroking
• Established client base with verifiable fixtures
• Proven track record of successful deals and consistent revenue generation
• Strong understanding of dry bulk markets, trade lanes, and vessel economics
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess freight levels, TCEs, and market trends
• Strong IT skills (email discipline, CRM systems, reporting tools, Excel, M365)
• Mandatory experience with CRM usage and structured reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Self-driven, commercially focused, and result-oriented
