Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Specialist (Odoo) to own and improve the end-to-end operational flow from order creation to successful delivery. You will ensure order accuracy, reduce delays, improve purchasing lead times, standardize warehouse workflows, and elevate customer communication quality. The role also includes following up on made-to-order/manufactured items to ensure production readiness, timelines, and smooth handover to fulfillment. You will build simple, scalable SOPs and KPI reporting to keep operations measurable and continuously improving.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations / Fulfillment / Supply Chain.
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo (required): Inventory, Purchase, Sales.
- Manufacturing (MRP) is a strong plus (BOM, work orders, production follow-up).
- Proven ability to reduce operational errors (wrong item/variant/quantity) and improve order accuracy.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, bin locations, picking/packing, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Experience managing or coordinating purchasing: supplier follow-up, lead times, re-order points, and stockout prevention.
- Familiarity with delivery/courier operations and SLA tracking (dispatch vs delivery performance).
- Strong communication skills and ability to improve customer-facing messaging (scripts, tone, escalation handling).
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel for KPI tracking and operational dashboards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
