Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior E-commerce Sales Specialist based in Markaz El Mansoura. The role involves managing and driving sales growth by identifying business opportunities, maintaining effective client communication, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, providing training and support where required, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The candidate will also oversee sales operations and ensure efficient management of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven capability in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in team leadership and providing Training to support team and client success.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales tools is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Saudi Speakers are most welcome.
