Key Responsibilities:-

Develop, create, and manage Electrical Revit families, ensuring accuracy, parametric flexibility, and compliance with project standards.

Create, implement, and maintain shared parameters across Electrical BIM models to ensure consistent data structure and information exchange.

Configure, manage, and validate COBie parameters, and prepare, review, and populate COBie spreadsheets for digital handover and asset management purposes.

Perform regular model health checks, audits, and quality control reviews to ensure model integrity, performance, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Utilize interoperability tools to support coordination, data exchange, and collaboration between multidisciplinary models and software platforms.

Apply and manage Master Format and Uni Format classifications within BIM models to support cost estimation, specifications, and asset lifecycle management.

Review and verify Scan-to-BIM models, ensuring accuracy against point cloud data and project tolerances.

Coordinate with BIM Managers, discipline leads, and project stakeholders to resolve modeling issues and improve BIM workflows.

Support project teams with technical guidance, BIM standards implementation, and best practices for Electrical BIM delivery.

Experience and Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

Minimum 68 years of experience in Electrical BIM engineering, with a strong focus on Revit.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical), Navis Works and BIM collaboration tools.

Strong knowledge of BIM standards, data management, and digital delivery requirements.

Experience with COBie, shared parameters, and BIM classification systems.
