Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical operations, manage teams, and oversee technical execution across projects. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and project management capability.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering teams
• Oversee site execution and technical implementation
• Review and approve electrical drawings and designs
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and quality requirements
• Plan project execution strategies and timelines
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in electrical/MEP projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Advanced knowledge of MEP systems
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong planning and coordination abilities
