Electrical Engineer
Undertake scheduled and breakdown electrical maintenance of property Electrical equipment's & Components.
Ensure that Property Electrical Equipment's runs smoothly and reliably.
Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
Make inspections and assess potential problems
Responsible for supervising electrical technicians, which includes hiring and training new technician team members.
Achieve electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Real Estate
- Location (Kuwait)
HVAC technician - AIR COOLED CHILLER
1- Reports to assigned Supervisor for receiving work orders, and or carry out pending HVAC maintenance on a daily basis.
2- Attend to all HVAC maintenance requests of the tenantas instructed by the coordinator.
3- Periodic inspection of the property's main chiller system and identify possible defects, failures and or maintenance issues.
4- Install, repair and maintain in-house cooling and heating systems in the property.
5- Assist and supervise outside contractors/vendors to ensure that the HVAC maintenance tasks are in accordance to Company's protocols and standards.
6- Trouble shoot all HVAC system problems and propose relevant solutions.
7- Be a team player and assist other members of the team as deemed necessary and advised by the coordinator.
Requirements
Experience at least 5 years in the field of real estate in Kuwait
