Senior Electrical Engineer

-Managing Electrical engineering design, review, and implementation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards, resulting in reliable and high-quality electrical systems.

-Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems, minimizing delays and improving project timelines.

-Reviewing electrical designs, specifications, and technical submittals to verify accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best engineering practices.

-Supervising electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities to guarantee system functionality, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.

-Conducting site inspections and audits to identify and resolve electrical issues, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

-Ensuring compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety regulations to mitigate risks and enhance project credibility.

-Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources for electrical works to optimize efficiency and control costs, ensuring timely delivery.

-Preparing technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations for project stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

-Collaborating with engineering disciplines, architects, and project managers to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project plan.

-Evaluating and approving electrical materials, equipment, and suppliers to ensure compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and high performance.

-Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies for electrical systems to prevent disruptions and maintain project continuity.

Requirements

- Education: BSc. Engineering Electrical.
- Experience: 7+ years of Proven work experience in Electrical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction project management.
- Skills: Planning - Organizing - Detail orientation.
- Abilities & Attitude: Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft office.
