Senior Electrical Production Engineer

TEPCO Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Production Engineer to oversee and support the production and assembly of MV Electrical Panels and Switchgear, ensuring efficient production processes and timely project delivery.The role will be responsible for monitoring production activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery, reviewing electrical drawings, coordinating with Design, Quality, Procurement, and Testing teams, and supporting continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in achieving production targets and delivery schedules.
• Manage, motivate, and train the production team.
• Plan, monitor, and follow up on the production and assembly of MV Electrical Panels and Switchgear according to approved production plans and project requirements.
• Review electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and timely completion.
• Ensure proper assembly, wiring, and installation of MV panel components.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Procurement, and Testing teams to resolve production issues.
• Identify production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize rework and production delays.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and applicable IEC standards.
• Follow up on production progress and prepare required reports.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in LV or MV Electrical Panel Production/Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of LV/MV panels, switchgear, electrical drawings, and assembly processes.
• Lean Manufacturing awareness and practical application.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Manufacturing background is a must, preferably in electrical panels or switchgear.
• SAP user is a plus.
