Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 57 years of experience in power/utility projects, including 3+ years in substation or power plant projects.
- Previous client/industry approval required.
- Proven experience in HV / EHV substation construction and commissioning.
- Immediate availability and flexibility to work across KSA.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise HV / EHV substation construction and commissioning activities.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and control project schedules and timelines.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and site coordination activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
