Job Title: Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer to handle electrical design review, coordination, and technical supervision for distribution network projects. The role ensures compliance with standards, supports design optimization through value engineering, and oversees project execution from design to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs, calculations).
- Prepare distribution network studies, supervision, and feed-in quotations.
- Review and approve contractor submittals (shop drawings, materials, etc.).
- Apply value engineering to improve design efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and factory/site acceptance tests.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Handle technical queries and inspection reports from contractors.
- Review project closeout documents (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties).
- Support O&M activities and network modifications.
- Evaluate new opportunities and assess PV system submittals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in technical office or distribution networks.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of electrical standards and PV systems (plus).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English.
