Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Senior Electromechanical Engineer (MEP). The role entails designing, developing, and overseeing electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and working on electrical and mechanical system integration. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, troubleshooting systems, monitoring project timelines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Electricity systems
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in MEP coordination for luxury hospitality or premium residential projects.
• Strong ability to resolve MEP conflicts within tight ceiling voids without compromising interior heights or design aesthetics.
• Experience reviewing MEP shop drawings to ensure seamless integration with architectural and interior finishes.
• Proficiency in site inspections, testing, and commissioning of smart systems and climate control to meet 5-star performance standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance for complex site challenges on a part-time or consultancy basis.
• Proven expertise in:

1. Concealed HVAC systems with acoustic silence focus.
2. Integration of high-end Home Automation and specialized architectural lighting.
3. High-pressure systems and premium sanitary installations.
