The Integration Electrical / Harness Technician is responsible for the assembly, routing, installation, and testing of electrical harnesses and wiring in UAV systems. This includes termination, connectorization, continuity checks, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and aerospace quality standards. The technician collaborates with engineers, inspectors, and other technicians to guarantee reliable and safe electrical integration into UAV platforms.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational training or certification in electrical assembly, wiring, or avionics preferred.
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of proven experience in aircraft/UAV electrical integration and harness assembly.
- Recognized expertise in high-reliability harness fabrication, routing, and installation.
- Capable of leading teams in electrical integration projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Provides technical input to engineers for design-for-installation improvements.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving non-conformances during installation and test.
