Role Summary:
- You own the entire outbound engine.
- Your job is simple to define and hard to execute.
- Turn a business offer into booked sales meetings at scale.
- You will manage everything end to endfrom ICP definition and data acquisition to cold email delivery, reply handling, and booked calls. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who knows how outbound really works in 2025.
What You'll Own (Responsibilities):
Strategy & Targeting:
- Run deep audits of our business, offers, and target markets.
- Define ICPs and targeting rules nationwide (U.S.).
- Build focused audiences such as:
oContractors & subcontractors.
oHome builders & developers.
oHotel & commercial construction companies.
oRenovation & house-flipping businesses.
oProperty managers & real estate operators.
Data & List Operations:
- Source, scrape, buy, and manage large-scale lead datasets from vendors and tools.
- Clean, verify, enrich, and segment data using modern verification and AI tools.
- Maintain list hygiene and continuously improve data quality.
Outbound Infrastructure & Deliverability:
- Build and maintain cold email infrastructure at scale:
oMultiple domains & inboxes.
oSPF, DKIM, DMARC.
oWarm-up and reputation management.
oEnsure high inbox placement and low spam/junk rates.
oConfidently send 10,000+ emails per day
Cold Email Execution:
- Write, test, and optimize cold email scripts (subject lines, body, CTAs).
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns.
- A/B test copy, audiences, and sending strategies.
- Optimize for replies, meetings, and callsnot vanity metrics.
Automation & AI:
oClassify and manage inbox replies
oAutomate follow-ups
oRoute qualified leads into calendars and CRMs
oBooked online meetings
oIn-store appointments
oDirect inbound phone calls
Sales Enablement & Reporting:
- Qualify prospects and book meetings directly on sales calendars.
- Deliver clear weekly performance reports.
- Continuously improve results based on data.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven experience in B2B cold email & outbound lead generation
- Real experience sending high-volume campaigns (10k+ emails/day)
- Strong understanding of:
oICP targeting
oOffer positioning
oDeliverability best practices
- Hands-on experience with:
oCold email tools.
oLead scraping & enrichment tools.
oEmail verification platforms.
oStrong English copywriting skills for cold outreach.
oData-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
oAbility to manage outbound campaigns end to end without supervision.
Bonus (Strong Advantage):
- Experience in construction, building materials, real estate, or adjacent industries
- Experience driving local store traffic or inbound calls via email
How You'll Be Measured (KPIs): Clear targets will be set within the first 30 days
