Efficiently Coordinate, Manage, Leads teams and/or group of teams to deliver Prehospital Emergency Care
Provide Prehospital Emergency Care through seamless Preparation, Response, Scene & Patient Assessment, Recognition of Injury and/or Illness, Appropriate patient Management, Disposition & Transfer; Proper Documentation and Return to Service
Involve in Corporate community efforts and initiatives to promote health and safety; and prevent illness and injury through advocating staff participation, promotion of leadership Activities
Maintain Personal and Professional Integrity through Continued Medical Training and coordination for the Improvement of DWTC Quality Systems
Maintain Station roles and responsibilities in the aim of providing state to readiness in seamless service including efficient use of Equipment and Supplies
Maintain Station Records and data in accordance to confidentiality and information privacy
Act accordingly to instructions provided by the EMS Assistant and the Director of EMS & Health and Safety
Operating Environment
Indoor and outdoor field job, exposure to weather elements likely due to Job Specifics
Physical location may include areas outside DWTC Complex, i.e. DIMC etc.
Duty hours minimum 9 hours, expected to go on extended duty hours due to dynamic variance in coverage
Exposure to Health and Safety risks likely due to Job Specifics to provide medical care and Working Environment
Formal Education
Bachelor of Science in Medical/Nursing from recognized educational institution
Prehospital Course
Work Experience
Minimum of 4 Years Hospital and Field Experience required from recognized Medical firm and/or Emergency Medical Services Agency
