You'll play a key role in:

- Driving high-impact recruitment marketing campaigns
- Enhancing our digital presence and brand perception
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Social Media
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos)
- Monitor engagement and manage online reputation
Digital Marketing & Media Buying
- Run and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn & Google
- Track performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates)
- Manage budgets and maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis
Content Creation
- Produce creative content (videos, testimonials, campaigns)
- Ensure alignment with brand tone and guidelines
- Use AI tools to enhance content and efficiency
Internal & External Communication
- Support global campaigns and local activations
- Manage internal communication channels & newsletters
- Organize employer branding events
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding / Digital Marketing
- Strong experience in social media & paid campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn & Google Ads
- Strong content creation & video editing skills
- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent English communication
