Senior Employment Lawyer

An International Law Firm based in Dubai is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate to join their employment team. They provide clients with the full spectrum of workplace relations services throughout the Middle East.

This is your opportunity to join a client focussed and high performing team. You will advise in each of the transport and infrastructure, resources, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and public sectors on the full spectrum of issues arising between employer and employee, including enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes, award compliance, employment agreements, discrimination and harassment, termination of employment, workplace health and safety, and fraud claims.

Ideally you will have 6-8yrs PQE in private practice, with an excellent knowledge of employment law and civil procedure and exceptional drafting, analysis and communication skills. You will have matter management responsibility, develop relationships with clients and contribute to business development and continuing growth.
