SENIOR ENGINEER (ACMV)

Job title : Senior Mechanical Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

Tender

. Detailed reviewing of tender documents and drawings for technical compliance and deviations. Prepare Request forInformation when necessary

. Liaising with vendors and subcontractors toRequest for Quotation and evaluate their proposal in compliance specificationsand drawings

Design and Technical Coordination

. Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics,and load calculations (HT/LV network, switchboards, and distribution boards).

. Manage submission of material samples, catalog data,and method statements to consultants and main contractors.

Site Execution and Supervision

. Supervise daily on-site electrical installation works,cable pulling, and equipment setup by subcontractors.

. Conduct quality and safety checks, ensuring all tasksfollow local safety regulations and standard codes of practice.

Project Management and Commercial Support

. Attend site progress and technical coordinationmeetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.

. Prepare handover documents, operation and maintenance(O&M) manuals, and as-built drawings upon project completion

. Others ad hoc duties assigned by your superior.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in construction industry with minimum 2 years working experience related in hospital project (MUST).
