Job Summary

The Senior Engineer & Retail Leasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing engineering operations, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects, and managing all retail leasing activities. This role combines strong engineering expertise with commercial leasing skills to support the company's development plans. The position involves coordinating with contractors, conducting site inspections, negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relations, and ensuring all projects meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance engineering responsibilities with leasing objectives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee engineering operations, technical planning, and project follow-up.

Manage and supervise the Maintenance Department, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring the efficiency of all maintenance activities.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Manage retail leasing activities, negotiations, and tenant relations.

Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare reports, feasibility studies, and leasing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field).
• Minimum 57 years of proven experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility management and retail leasing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
