- Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement the economical solutions as per Business process and policy requirements.
- Lead the implementation of the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance
- To mentor and develop UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering, aiding ADNOC Sour gas in achieving Emiratization targets
- Initiate, plan, and supervise the cross functional teams and contractors to Implement all aspects of the Civil Maintenance Projects within the constraints of schedule, scope and Budget.
- Ensure identification of well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Plan, initiate, monitor and control Maintenance Management system related to Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and other customers.
- Initiate, plan, determining, documenting, finalizing the contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan required for civil Maintenance services
- Perform analysis based on variety of factors including technical competency, experience, HSE performance to select potential Bidders/ Material vendors from company commercial directory and request expression of interest and obtain necessary site management approvals
- Bachelor's degree in in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in experience in Civil maintenance concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
