Job description:
Job Summary
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Engineer will organise and execute the project management and construction activities on site while ensuring that the project is executed in full accordance to the design standards and specifications, on time and within budget.
Skills & Abilities
Good computer knowledge. (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD)
Self driven and eager to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Act as main technical advisor on site for workers and subcontractors.
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
- Overseeing quality control, safety & health and environmental matters on site.
- Resolving any unexpected technical issues / difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant to ensure all materials used are as per specifications.
- Preparation of daily progress report and monthly progress report.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and .Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
- To assist and emphasis to all matters pertaining Environment, Sosial and Governance. (ESG)
Qualifications
Degree in civil engineering or degree related to construction field.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
Have min 3 years and above working experience in construction field
